  1. Most likely, the horses, goats, cows, and sheep will separate off into their own groups, ignoring the other species. These farm animals live in groups even without other animals. I doubt they would communicate or even acknowledge the other animals' existence, but I don't recommend keeping these animals together.

  2. yes horses can happily live on a diet of goats, cows and sheep but make sure the flesh is dried and ground properly and then blended with sugar cubes and - if you intend to race the horse - plenty of anabolic steriods (available at any dodgy racecourse).

  3. The horses can live happily with other animals, but I know for a fact that cows do not appreciate them.  Our horses always run the cows off when we feed them, so we have to pen the horses up before we feed.

  4. Cows, sheep and goats can live together and graze together but hoses some times bite and kick other animals especially young ones.

  5. Generally speaking, it's possible, though it depends on the specific horse.

I know that lone horses often profit from having a goat companion, and I've seen two goats in with four horses.  However, I'd be careful about sheep and cows -- maybe go to a local hay and feed store and talk to people.  While cows, sheep, and horses are all herd animals and therefore like to stick together, I've heard that many horses naturally bully cows, and the same might prove true for sheep.

Oh well, I don't have a great answer for you, but no one had responded yet, so I thought I'd throw in there what little I know.    I'd definitely seek out the advice of several people, though.  Good luck!
