Can horses ride on footpaths/pavements or only on the road, according to law?

  1. Only the road or a bridleway.


  2. Road, Bridleway or byway open to all traffic. NOT footpaths!!! If you want to double check, phone your local county council and ask to speak to someone in "rights of way"

  3. I'm pretty sure it's the road only

    but i once saw a horse and a duck walking

    down the street with their owner.

    It was hilarous, but yeah it would be

    against the law def.
