  1. Continental Drifts take time , maby millions of years, but I don't think Allah will give us the needed time to see  that !

  2. Certainly not, unless some radical climatic metamorphosis happen :)

  3. Your question is very vague, as it did not specify how high the temperature should be in order for the place to be considered hot. Not all of Africa is covered by deserts; there are several large rain forests in different parts of Africa, such as the one near the Congo Basin.

However, in general it is not possible to convert them to cold places as it covers too wide an area. But it is theoretically possible to cool these large swathes of hot deserts and marches in the long run. Some gases like sulphur dioxide can cause global cooling. Some scientists suspect that the last ice age was induced by sulphur dioxide.

In particular, regions in Africa that experience high temperatures( may or may not be in the form of deserts), are a result of a combination of factors, including high pressure, dry air currents, cold ocean currents, etc ( predominantly a cause in the formation of in deserts). This website explains why this is so.

So, you would have to reverse these adverse effects in order for cooling of large parts of Africa to take place, as well as the conversion of hot deserts to cold deserts, or tundras, and this  is almost impossible to carry out. It would require a significant change in the physical factors by nature, as mentioned above.  Only a major ice age occurring in the region can reshape everything, including the temperatures, and that's a long time from now. Ice ages occur in a cycle, and the last ice age ( a result of global cooling)has passed. Global warming is approaching.

  4. No, It can not be possible .Because latest technology or our scientists are not efficient to convert the hot places into cold places. So it can not be possible.

  5. Well, you could build an outdoor fridge driven by solar energy. It wouldn't be very effective, but it would lower the temperature some. The smaller the area the easier it gets, the bigger solar panels the easier it gets. Cold is however a rather vague word.

  6. Hot places can be converted in cold places, and cold places can be converted in hot places only by one means i.e. only if there is another ice age, It is discovered that the ice cap present in north pole was suppose to be south if there was no ice age likely 20,000 years ago.

So, to convert Africa into a cold country we need another ice age.

  7. No, it is not possible. The only natural way Africa will cool down is if we have another ice age, which is possible but not in our lifetimes.

The sun is actually increasing in brightness, so the Earth is slowly heating up, but this is a very slow process and has nothing to do with the short term effect that is called Global Warming. In total the Earth has about another billion (1000 million) years before it becomes totally unihabitable, but will be unihabitable for humans long before that.

The cool Africa by technology will literally require massive sun shades in space, which we do no have the technology to do and even if we did there is no political will to do it.
