Can huang shu lang (Chninese)/wild weasel control human mind?

Read the forum on the above site and wonder if its true that those God created animal has the ability to control human. Heard from a Chinaman that after a man killed a huang shu lang, the next day the whole flock of chicken in the coup was slauthered by a band of huang shu lang.
