Can humans be physically converted to be amphybians.?

majority of earth is underwater. if we can be made amphybians we have better chance to survive on planet earth.

we would take millions of years to evolve...

but its happened before, species have evolved to adapt to the surroundings so if the earth were to flood i think over millions of years we would evolve into amphybian type creatures....
