they can yes but they wont stay theyll spread to other things

Fleas from animals will bite humans. Humans will not carry fleas to other humans tho.

Humans can get bitten by fleas but they don't infest humans like they do animals.

i havent gotten actual fleas, but i have definitely gotten flea bites...... and they by the way are a pain in the bottom.. :)
