Can i EAT LEMONS (raw and cut, just like an orange) without worrying about my TOOTH ENAMEL?

THey are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good like that, all tart and tunt!

But: Are they ERODING my TEETH?

  1. as long as u dont eat them ALL THE TIME....


  2. After a while the acid in lemons will start to erode the enamel on your teeth. If you eat raw lemons you shouldn't do it very often.

  3. You can if you just chew them up and don't suck on them and try not to do it daily. A lemon is a little more acidic than an orange so you can't do it as often, and try not to brush your teeth within 30 minutes of eating one.

  4. Yes. But so do all citrus fruits.

    I love them like this too. I think everything in moderation.
