Can i Join the ARMY?

Hi i am in the Army National Guard and i have a question. Is there any way i can switch to full time army, and no i havent been to boot camp yet. Somebody has told me i could but i figured i would ask and get the details beore making a trip to the recruiting office. Also is there any chance that i can be placed on the DEP program so as to get my boot camp date placed back a few months so as to take care of some issues? Thanks!

For some reason I would stick to the National Guard.

Since your in the National Guard, just go ahead and talk to a recruiter which is nearby. He can provide more details than people on yahoo answers.

But as for your question, I'm not too sure if you can switch while your enlisted. You might have to wait for your current enlistment to end, then re-enlist in Active Duty.

Sure you're looking for a comm switch which is pretty easy to do. Talk to an ARMY recruiter and when you go to MEPs you select your ship date based on whats available. Also take your time before you make any commitments this time.
