  1. just make sure it is securely bolted and has belts.


  2. Buy a Jeep back seat.

    Bolt it in

    Install seat belts

    That easy!

  3. Legally I see no problem but I would be concerned about safety because you will have very little head room once the seat is installed and as for bolting it down.....it has to be bolted to the frame as well as the seat-belts that you will install....
