  1. i think it should be ok yh

  2. if you do manage to fit one, keep it well hidden, my occupation is putting windows back in cars, if your gonna show off how much youve spent on a sound system somebody will be impressed and smash your windows to relieve you of it, keep it hidden, the best system i have seen was where somebody fitted the speakers behind the head lining so they couldnt be seen from the outside, with just a bass box in the boot

  3. a sub always works/sounds better in a enclosed box in the boot ......... and the best way to hide your shelf speakers is to actually copy the shape of your parcel shelf with 1 or 2 inch thick MDF mount the speakers under the shelf that you have made and then cover the MDF shelf with fabric that matches your interior and there you have a stealth shelf ........... hope this helps its tricky to do but give it a go ..... good luck

  4. A subwoofr will require a firm fixing as the bass will cause a lot of vibration. If i were you i would cut a 3/4" - 1" mdf board into the shape of the parcel shelf and mount it on that. and cover with felt from most car serieo centers. This should prevent the rattle you will hear from the bass. Or alternativly mount it on a mdf board mounted behind your rear seats, cut a board to size of back of rear seats, fit you woofer and fit it to back of the seats using some 1/2" -1" washers to pack it away from full contact with back seat.
