Can i Return a Phone at Metropcs??

Well i bought a new Phone.. the Samsung r410... and i really dont like it as much as i thought i would, can i return it to Metropcs and get my money back?

Nope. You paid for it, it's yours. You MAY get trade-in credit toward another phone, but it'd be like $50 or $75 at most. More like $25-30 though. If you bring back all the packaging and stuff you may get a little more.

See if one of those third-party MetroPCS stores (not the factory stores) can be more helpful, or vice versa.

no you may not. metro piece od ish will not give you a refund they will instead give you credit to exchange the phone for another model.
