Can i access my probation violation charges over the internet tonight prior to my court hearing tomorrow am?

if you were granted access, it would also allow access to many other persons confidential files.

why are you waiting till the day before to get your ducks in a row?

Probate court doesn't handle probation cases, people get that confused a lot. probate and probation sound alike but are two different things.  You will be handled by the criminal division.  You should have had a lawyer who would have had that info.  You are in a district court, so I doubt that you can access it over the internet.  Good luck! Hope you do not go to jail!

From what I was able to find out, there is no 9th District Court.  There is a 9th Circuit Court.  (Kalamazoo County?) State of Michigan has an extensive website.   Kalamazoo County also has a Probate Court which is most likely handling your probation stuff.  There's a ton of great information, tips, etiquette, and even parking and construction updates.  Remember, you can always contact the Court Clerk they can be very helpful (and there might be different clerks depending what department of the court you're dealing with (criminal, family, etc).
