Can i accually ride my bike?

since its my first bike can i get it resgistered? because i just heard something about it not being learner legal? (i live in upstate New York if that makes a difference)

  1. You can ride any bike legally anywhere in the US with just a learns permit.  Other counties have tiered learning systems where they have to learn on a small bike and can go up in displacement (power) over time.  Luckily we do not have laws like that here.  That said be careful when you are learning because that 750 has at least 2 or 3 times the power of your dirtbike.  Biggest problem you will have to face is learning to interpret what other drivers intend to do since they have a harder time seeing you on a bike than if you were driving a car.  Nice bike by the way.


  2. No, New York doesn't make a difference.  But the COMPLETE AND UTTER LACK OF ANY INFORMATION DOES!  WHICH BIKE ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?  WHY WOULD THE LAW CHANGE ANY THING FOR YOU?
