Can i add a bathroom wood floors (6000ft)and a pool for 40,000 if less how much?

wow - you must have a big bathroom if it is 6000 square feet.  

I would stay away from wooden floors for a bathroom or any place that the floor will be wet.  The moisture will eventually ruin the wood and you'll have to replace them soon after.

Depending on how complex of a design, you can get a pool completed for $40,000, but it will probably be very basic.
