Can i add a link to my desktop for an online radio station ? And if so, how?

so what i am trying to do is open a streaming radio station directly from my desktop by creating a logo, and linking it direct to the stream.

i want to make sure that all know the link i am posting is not a plug. Rather its an example of the station i am trying to do it with.

http://www.kfma.com/ is the site i go to first - then to the far right is a link / logo that says "listen online." the window that opens is the one i want to link to from my desktop. and the logo that is clicked on is the one i wish to use.

Now i know its possible to make the webpage my background, but i dont want to do this.

Is there another way ?

Highlight All And Right-click, Copy!

Then Right Click In Your Desktop And Got To New -> Shortcut

Then Richt-click in box -> Paste , Then Next, Enter A Name And 'Finish'
