  1. Sure.Call a lawyer for details or call the county and ask.Good for you.The child will definatly benifit from a close relationship with you.

  2. Prove to the judge that the fater is a bad fater and that you love and grew a bond with the child. They night give the baby to you,

  3. I typed up my own adoption paperwork with information provided by the local law library which was located in the courthouse. You could also, if you can afford it, consult w/a family law attorney. One of the important things I have been told judges prefer, though, is that the couple is married. It's not impossible if you are not but the marriage part makes it a bit smoother.

    Good luck.

  4. yes you can

  5. You need to talk to your boyfriend first to see if he wants to share custody with you.

  6. It is possible to adopt the child.  However.... You will need to fill out forms for adoption that your boyfriend will also have to sign and agree to.  And, you have to talk to both your families about this.  You would have a better chance if you two were married.  If something happened then you have the legal basis to care for the child.  A civil ceremony would be the quickest at City Hall - and cheapest.  Best place to ask is the local adoption office.  Good luck.
