Yes it is, but I use a product called Pinetarsol for my son when he has nappy rash when he is due for a bath, it smells kinda weired but it helps with the healing of it, and gives a bit of relief, he gets nappy rash when his ezma plays up (he is 11months old) Dermaveen is very good also with their moisturizers, I use that in conjunction with the Pinetarsol. The pump bottle of Pinetarsol works better than the bar of Pinetarsol bar of soap. Darned if I know why.
