Can i apply for a chinese visa while im in thailand?

im travelling to thailand andwant to headon to biejing but i do not have anough time to sort one out in person at the chinese embassy in england. can you do it by post when your inthailand or in person at the embassy in thailand ???

You have to go in person, but YES you can get a visa while you're in Thailand.

actually, the routine is to hire the process done.  there are reps who will walk it through for you.  cost is negligible.  otherwise be prepared to get to the embassy early and stay late; could even take two days.  the rep will have your visa by noon.  you'll need passport and two passport photos.
