Can i apply for a credit card with no credit file?

i have no credit at all and i want to start building onto my credit. Is there a credit card that i can apply for w/o being denied, and plus i don't want to many people browsing my file.

Capital One, sure they have high interest rates and the start limit is rather low, usually $300.... but they'll give just about anyone and you don't want too much yet anyway. the more you have access too, the more chance you have of falling behind. build your credit and man oh man keep up with payments, that will make or beak your financial future. interest rates on everything are determined by your credit history/score. you don't want to be 40 buying a new car paying 20% (or more) interest.

  2. you can apply for this credit card, http://fexr.com/22mr . its made for people like you who have no credit history or bad credit. i wouldn't be able to tell you the kind of limit you would be able to get but its guaranteed to be at least 1500 i think. i was able to get a 2500 dollar credit line myself with my horrrrrible credit.

  3. You can try Capital One.  They seem to be pretty lax cause they gave me a card when I had no credit at all.  And they started me off with $500.  Pay on time for the first 3 months and they give you another $250.
