  1. While you are there you can both get started on the I-129(f) petition, that's the first partof the application. You will need copies of your birth certificate and any marriage and divorce certificates so send him those in advance. Use some of your time with him to take some pcitures of both of you together, keep your boarding card and e-ticket as these are proof that you were together. Go out with him and both of you use credit cards and the reciepts will place you both inn the same area. A picture of you both outside a restraunt with your name on the credit card slip and then the same at another place where he pays are very good ways to prove you have both met.

After he posts the petition it can take a little while to process so enjoy the rest of your visit with him.

You need to be back in your own country to apply for the K-1. After his I-129(F) has been approved you will get a package from the American Embassy at home to complete and return before you can have your interview.

It looks daunting but it's not as bad as all that.

    Good Luck

  2. No. Only your US Citizen fiance can petition you in US, however, the rest of the process has to go through US Embassy in your country.

  3. Sure, America is a large continent with 37 nations, you can apply in any of those nations.
