  1. Yes. Korea allows duel citizenship of its people up to a certain age (different for boys and girls). The father needs to report the baby's birth in his Family Census Registry. Go to the Korean Consolate for details.

    Think about this before you will do it because the baby may have to renounce its Korean citizenship later. Also, if you have a boy he could be subject to military service.


  2. The baby is not a Korean because he was born in RP where citizenship is determined as to the place of birth and not the nationality of the father.

  3. No,but if u get ur child neutalized as korean citizen,that can only be done by the father if his the korean,then u can get a korean passport for the child,once the child is neutralized as korean or dual citizen
