Can i apply for a transfer?

There isn't a lift and we live on the top floor and I have to carry a baby up and down the stairs(4 flights) and also shopping is a nightmare!

The pram has to stay in the shed and i have to get someone to help me get the pram out so i can put him in it as i have to fold it everytime to fit in the shed

Do you think that is a valid reason to be moved?

I hardly go out anymore

oh yeah of course. They might make you pay a cleaning deposit for the new place, but you can always ask to be moved.

same building right? many landlords have no problems changing tenants apt's. (but moving out of the building before lease is up could be a problem) but assuming u mean just switching apts, sure. but it will be a new lease with a new security deposit.

deffinately talk to your counsil. say ur gettin bad back from all the lifting too.
