Can i apply for fuel allowance at college?

I'm starting college in september.

i have a 50cc bike for the first year until i am 17 because it will be the only way for me to get to college everyday.

i have applied for EMA.

but is there another thing like fuel allowance?

ive heard about it but i'm not sure.

do you know anything about it??

if you do please say.

some money towards fuel would really help
