Can i ask my boss how is it my performance are?

i just work at my new place for 1 month, and i want to stay long at that place. and i always wonder how do i do, so can i ask my boss about my performance?will she think i just suck her up? how to say it so that she don't think i just sucking up her?

    Yes, ask her for a review.

  3. just say 'i want to touch base on how i'm doing.  is there anything i need to improve on or do differently?  i want to be pro-active in my job performance.'  i'm sure they'll appreciate the positive attitude.
