Can i ask something.?

Question

I'm vietnamese, i'm really want to learn English fast within 1 month, I don't feel confidence to talk with foreigner, and my grammar is not good, so can you give me an instruction to improve my English skill. Thanks when receiving your favor.

But in answer to your second question------

  Speaking with other English speakers is actually the fastest and best way of improving  your grammar. But if you're uncomfortable in doing such, try reading books, magazines and newspapers --- one in Vietnamese and the other in English. You'll also be amazed at how much you can learn by watching shows and reading books that are catered for young children -- try it!

Also, try watching English talk shows and soap operas.....they're VERY expressive.

If possible, get yourself a pen-pal who's fluent in English.
