Sometimes there are free samples. Other than that, nothing is free. It actually depends what you think cheap is. Most drug store brands of makeup are considered to be on the cheaper end. Wet n Wild is one of the cheapest brands out there. It can be bought at most places that sell makeup. NYX is rather inexpensive as well. Sometimes it's sold at Walgreens. Other than that, Rite Aid or ULTA.

There is such a thing as AFFORDABLE make-up thats actually decent or good.

You should try WET N WILD, CoverGirl, N.Y.C. New York Color Cosmetics, and Maybelline.

All can be found at drugstores (Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc.)

Not exactly. Everydayminerals.com has sample custom kits that are free but you pay $3 shipping (or however much depending on where you live) it's 5 5ml containers, that's pretty small eyeslipsface.com makeup is all $1 that has good reviews. I ordered it online (they don't sell it in my town, I used the store locator) and the cost of makeup plus shipping was an average of less than $2 per item. I even made a custom little palette that has a blush, lip color and 2 eyeshadows with a tiny brush that's half an eyeshadow puff and half lipstick brush for $5. Also stores like Walmart have Wet and Wild products, they're only $0.99-5
