Hello there i was wanting, help on something i was in hight school right and this girl wood alway try follow me off the bus and try to huge me right? well you know how things happen with a boy and a girl well this girl follow me home one day and i was like why you following me and she was like idk i was like hmm ok so we in up kissing than i was like u sure you want to do this than it move to s*x for a sec than i was like i cant do this I got to go THAN SHE WAS LIKE OK and i even ask her if she was sure she want to do this and she said sure i dont care then 3 weeks later she told the cops we did something and she said i rape her but she got tested and that said it was not rape but i found out she was 13 and i was like i never new she was 13 im not like that and im 18 what do i do?? cus i got a life and i dont need this...

Bro. What the ****. I don't even want to know how you didn't know she was 18. Well depending on what state you are from different statutes apply on the matter. You can be charged with statutory rape and s*x with a minor if you are considered above the age of consent and if charges are pressed, which I'm guessing they have been since she reported you.  Well, you have a few options bro. Tests were negative and as long as there were no witnesses she has no majority of evidence and her testimony is null.  So you could deny the charges, you still might go to court.  Hiring a lawyer to work this out for you is always a good option, but that costs, and generally costs big. You could always work it off the table with her and her parents as well but I'm guessing her parents wouldn't be thrilled to take diplomacy.  Or you could admit and tell the story straight up, but law is law regardless of whether or not you knew her age.

My advice, this coming from a kid kicked out of college for numerous alcohol charges.  Learn from what you did, pick yourself up, and move on.  You know you have a life and potential so keep on keeping on.  If you honestly had no wrong intentions in this which I don't think you did and can't be charged based on lack of evidence and victim credentials you can deny the accusations and probably be off fine in or out of court.  If you accept the accusations, its a respectable honest bold move but you're throwing yourself at the law, and the law knows nothing else but the law.
