Can i assume that the bond of 21mths starts after my training finishes?

Question

My job requires me to undergo a Training of about 4mths.but my training lasted for abt 3 n a half mths.i joined the company at 20aug04and finished my training on 1st dec04.In my deed of convenant,it states that i have to be in service during my training and 21mths thereafter.so from the clause,can i say that my bond finishes 1st sept 06?

I think your bond finishes on Aug , from dec04 to dec 05 , it is one year  , then remaining 9 months is till Aug 06 ' , Anyway confirm with your employer rather than asking in yahoo answers. Bcoz they are the persons who have to calculate and relieve you.,
