  1. im pretty sure you are allowed to sit in on any court room any where in the united states.. you are American and there for you are part of the entire judicial process. i believe the judges encourage this. i have been asked by a judge to stick around for the trial after i was declined being picked to be part of the jury. she seemed very happy that i stuck around.

  2. Magistrate court in the US is usually an open court.  I wouldn't just show up at the court, though.  I'd arrive early, park close, and be sitting in the court room, before he arrives.  Or, send a trusted friend, may one he doesn't know.

Call for a copy of the arrest report.  It should have been available after three days.  All arrests are a matter of public record.  If you are in the US, try your states public access records.  Worth a try.

If you decide to go, be careful.  If he doesn't want you to know something, and has a charge for ABH, then who knows how far he will go to keep that secret.

  3. I am not sure if you would be allowed in to a Magistrates court, unless it is an open hearing, if not then I don't think you will get in there.  If you have these suspicions why not confront your husband and ask him? It sounds like he likes a punch up surely you are worth more?
