Unless you are a weekend firefighter, you cannot. UPS drivers are full-time and union and you have no say over your schedule. They work Monday thru Friday, and you can't tell them what days you're available. What might work for your is to work as a Saturday delivery driver. Check out upsjobs.com.

I can not see why not. Firefighting is usually a shifting job and you can schedule your UPS job when it best suits your schedule or maybe the other way around.

Sure.  Most fire/ems guys have 2 jobs. As long as you aren't a POC you should be fine.

Usually part time at UPS means, whenever they need you.  That may mean zero hours one day, then 12 hours the next.  Not a good PT job for a firefighter.  I'd look elsewhere.
