i want to live in finland but still be a citizen in america is this possible

If you can get a visa to live in Finland, it has no affect on your American citizenship.  It usually takes several years of residence before you are allowed to app for citizenship in a foreign country.  The U.S.  does not require you to renounce your U.S. citizenship if you do decide to apply for citizenship in another country also.  You will need to research visa and citizenship requirements in Finland through the website of their embassy, or by contacting the embassy.
