Can I be listed as a driver on two different Auto insurance polices by two different insurance companies

  1. You do not have to be "listed".  cars are insured, not drivers.  As long as you have a valid drivers license and permission to drive an insured car you are covered


  2. In WA state....You can be named as a driver on 2 different policies.  The car can not be insured twice. I hope that helped.
