Can i be a good boxer?

hey i'm 5'1", was wondering, is there is any chance i can compete with people in the lightweight or featherweight division despite my height? i've played around and boxed my friend who is 5'8" and won but i don't know if thats just because hes a bad fighter or i'm good. just want some opinions.

Why not, Tyson was considered short for his weight class, and he was a beast in the ring. try it out.

As long as you got two fists and a good heartbeat you can do anything (that's from Rocky). But At your height you would probably make a good in fighter like Tyson or Frazier so work on your upper body movement and punching power.

Take up boxing.

It's the only way to find the true answer to your question.  If it don't work out, at least you'll know you tried.

It's best to start off in the lightest weight you feel comfortable in, and then move your way up.
