Can i be a hostess at the age of 15?

i need a job , on weekends but i would like to be a hostess in a restaurant on weekends is it possible at the age of 15?

i'm from British Columbia,CAnada. legal age here is 15 anyone younger who wanted to work needed a note/consent from parents. phone n ask restaurant to see what policy is.

You cant if the establishment serves liquor, but in other places you may be able too.

I don't think so.  you have to be 16 to get a job in most states in the US.  The only thing that you may be able to do is babysitting or something like that were you are working for an individual and not  a company.

Egans in Bc highered hostessess under the age of 16, you have to be old enough to serve alchol to be a server.

I also knwo that mcdonalds will higher at 14 wil consent from parent, though you are not looking at that.
