I credited a new set of tires for my car last year and paid them off. But two of the tires were defective and i had to return them and they ordered 2 new ones for me supposedly under warranty. Now the shop says that I damaged the tires and is trying to charge me for the two tires, and i know i didn't damage them because both of them had the same exact defect. Now the shop owner, whom does not have my SSN is writing me threatening letters stating that an arrest warrant will be signed for the balance of the 2 tires. Can this be done???

  1. I would say the only thing that he could do is take you to small claims court and try to make you pay! Chances are he wont, he will end up losing more money in the end! I think hes just trying to scare you.
