Can i be blind from these situations?

i was at a store and the scanner thing was in my eye.

i went to a white sox game and the thing they scan ur ticket with went on my eye.

looking at the lights from the field.

Those types of scanners are such a low frequency that they pose no risk at all.

If there was a risk, it would be known , and cashiers would be wearing goggles.
