  1. You need to tell us what state you are in.

Any Shall issue state that I know of would have to issue one, None of those carry A Lautenburg Domestic Violence rider, So you are not a prohibited person and A-OK. The stste would be legally required to give you one

May issue states you might have a tougher time, Expecially in a Anti gun place where they don't really like letting the sheep have guns anyway.

    What state?

  2. In NC 3 misdemeanors are a felony!*

  3. Where do you live

If your state requires permits to own then they may well be stricter on getting the permit than the feds would be on selling you a gun

If you are talking about getting a carry permit

    Google up ATF form 4473

If you can honestly answer the questions asked of you with one yes and the rest nos then you can probably get your permit if you live in a shall issue stat. If you live in a may issue state then the rules on carry permits could be tougher

As you can see a lot depends on where you live

  4. i think you can be denied, the tresspassing and burglary charges will probably be the ones that deny you

  5. You have proved that you are unable to follow simple rules.  I would not expect any state to allow you to carry a gun.

  6. You need a lawyer, plain and simple.
