  1. What exactly are the herbal tablets ?

  2. Yes you can be allergic and yes you can over dose. It sounds like what you are taking does not agree with your system. I would consult your neurologist and see if he or she can recommend an alternatve. If not then I would consult a local herbalist and tell them what you are taking and what condition you are taking it for to see if they can offer any alternatives.

    Good luck!

  3. In answer to your first question....just remember, spell check is your friend...and yes, you can be allergic to an herbal anti inflammatory.  In answer to your 2nd question....yes, you can overdose....why would you take more than you were prescribed?  Whatever reaction you're having is probably because you took too many, not because you're allergic(am basing this on your 2nd question).

  4. You can be allergic to any plant based product.

  5. you can be allergic to anything. some people are allergic to water, as horrific as that sounds!

i learned the hard way that you can also take too much of a natural medicine. If you're taking too much, it can often have the opposite of the desired affect (in my case arnica). The best thing to do is contact your doctor.

Also, just FYI, you can be "allergic" to medicines and medical professionals may not consider it a true allergy. For example, I am "allergic" to codeine, however they do not consider it an allergy since I do not have a rash, etc.
