So i got this chick pregnant, she was a virgin and it is definitely mine, but i dont wanna raise it. So far I've been avoiding her, can she legally force me to get a DNA test? I was thinking of moving to another state, will that work?

  1. You can be forced to take paternity test, and forced to pay child support.  This will be federally enforced, if you cross state lines.  They will deduct child support from wages.  Even tax refunds are garnished to pay back child support. Persons who do not pay child support also have their drivers licenses revoked. When you go to get license renewed, you get arrested at the motor vehicle office.

This will show up in background check that is done by many employers. It is reason not to get hired.

This will also appear on your credit report, which will make it very difficult to get loans.

  2. You should have thought about that before you had unprotected s*x with her. Why are you having unprotected s*x if your not ready for the responsibilities of a child? Be a man and be a father to that child instead of a dead beat dad. Kids deserve to have both parents in their lives weather or not the parents are together. Yes, she can force you to have a paternity test done by filing for child support. The state will make you do it and even if you move, they will track you down. I am not sure what will happen if you refuse it but you should look up some information on it.

  3. Why dont you just stop and think a minute about how "this chick" may be feeling, if she was a virgin and you were just a 1 minute wonder im sure she is probably having regrets allready but she has got to live with it now, be a man and take responsibility, it doesnt mean splashing out loads of cash you could simply just be there for your childs mother to help her out and when the baby is born, the weekily walk through the park wont cost much will it, you should grow up and stop running away from your responsibilities

  4. yes you can because you have got to pay some sort of support to the mother and the baby

  5. Yes to both questions
