Can i be pregnant again 24 days after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on august 2. I did not need a d&c. I only bled for about 5 days. My doctor said since i was only about 4 weeks pregnant when i miscarried i could try to conceive as soon as the bleeding stopped and my hcg hormones was back to zero by august 11th. Is it possible i ovulated already? and how soon can i take a pregnancy test?

I'm sorry for your loss.

You could have ovulated already.  It is possible, even likely!

It will be hard to tell when you should take a pregnancy test, and you will probably need an early ultrasound to determine a due date.

If I were you, I would take a test around Sept 2.
