  1. Well, this all depends on the college you are planning on attending. NCAA, NAIA, D1, D2, or D3. NCAA D1 and D2 would be pretty hard to just walk onto a team with no experience but there are some schools out there that do allow walkons. Especially if they are a smaller school that is just starting their program. The best thing would be to talk to the coach at that school. Good luck


  2. Of course you can! It really doesnt matter your experience as much as your time, but you better start joining up before they recruit someone else.  Division one colleges will wont faster times than others so it really depends on where you want to go.  200 can range from a 24-26 but if your slower have your grades in check as well.  The 400 NEEDS to be under a minute to even think about going to college on a track scholarship.  Good luck =)

  3. If you really are dedicated its completely possible.  Just dont expect to be in any high divisions like d1.  Start a running schedule and if you really want to do it then dont be discouraged.
