  1. You would be better doing the PGCE course.  The English, Maths and Science should not be too much of a problem.  You will have to take and pass tests in English and Maths (usually online) within 12 months of starting your teaching career or you cannot pass your NQT year. Start ringing and applying to different universities and see what they say.

  2. Upon application /entry onto a course you will have to sit an equivalency exam - these exams are quite tough - so be prepared for the extra study on top of the heavy work load that a SCITT/PGCE program demands. (This was the case 6 years ago anyway - I would check with a local uni by phone before applying just in case.)

  3. all you need to know at:

    www.tda.gov.uk/recruit.aspx

  4. If you work hard enough at it; you can be whatever you want to be.

Not criticisms, but helpful pointers.  Always capitalize names, place names, beginning of sentences and when you say can I? Will I?

It's always a capital "I" when speaking in the first person.  You can always take a resit to try and improve your grades.  Anyway, the best of luck to you.
