  1. I live in California and most of the county fair sites have satellite wagering facilities.


  2. Do a local search for an OTB in your area.

    Alternatively, you may wager on most horse races from the internet. Try www.sportsbook.com or www.bodog.com , both reputable and paying websites.

    You may wager live from your TV. Go to www.tvg.com.

    There is another software program I once used about 10 years ago when it was the first one out. I forget the name of it.

  3. If you have horse racing in your state you need to go to an OTB (off track betting).  These places will take bets on any race going on in the United States.

  4. If gambling is legal in the state you are in and if the KY derby has a way to accept bets then yes.. but if just one of those isnt true, then no.(I cannot gamble from where I am no matter what, as I am in utah.. haha)
