Can i board slide with a skateboard on wood?

i want know if i can board slide on wood and if i need to wax it and if i can board slide on marble and so i need to wax it

wood you really dont need to wax just go a little faster and you should slide it ok and marble is the best thing you could grind or slide and really dont need wax at all but a little wont hurt if you dont like to go fast before the slide or grind so yea you really dont need wax on either and both should be great for boardsliding...
