  1. Sure it's possible but it's a little more difficult.

  2. yeah you dont have to have fins. and yeah ur right they make you go faster just kick harder and move your arms faster.

  3. Sure, but it's nowhere near as fun and you won't catch anywhere near as many waves.  Just go buy some $10 fins (or spring for some specialized Churchills or Wave Grabbers at $40).  Then you can bodysurf, snorkle and freedive, too.

  4. your a r****d.....

  5. Of course you can. How well you can do is another question. Buy the fins.

  6. Yea just start a little earlier. I personally wear one fin but its not a hhuge difference it pretty much just takes a little bit of the skill out of catching a wave.

  7. ya but its harder

  8. Buy Viper Fins. They are totally worth the $60.

  9. You can, but it is harder to get going and you catch the wave later.

  10. it's harder, get fins

  11. You have to get on the more critical part of the wave (the peak where it's breaking) and kick hard and you will get in.  Just shell out the $30-$40 and get a pair of fins and get waves.

  12. It depends on:

-how strong - physically and mentally - and experienced you are.

    -different riding styles:

      *prone:

*drop knee :It consists of putting your preferred foot at the

front of the board while the other knee rests on the tail of the

       board

*stand up:It consists of standing upright on the board.

For this one,you can ride a bodyboard without fins

because it's easier to stand but difficult to catch waves.

Bodyboarding without fins is almost impossible! Fins will help in all aspects of bodyboarding- paddling out, catching waves, steering and controlling the board as they are acting as skegs. After the board itself, fins are the most important accessories in bodyboarding.

Bodyboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death.I recommend that you seek proper training and equipment before attempting this activity.
