From Waterloo to Lille, it will be eurostar. You might book it on their website.

From Lille to Paris and back, it will be domestic SNCF services. It is bookable on www.voyages-sncf.com (they send the tickets home for lots of countries).

Go to their website, it has all the schedules, but you are not leaving yourself much time at any of your stops.  Perhaps pick 1 or 2 and give yourself more time to enjoy!
