Can i book train tickets on indian railways on the internet?

i want to travel from trivandrun to ernakulam by ac chair class on 1/1/07 in the morning. number of passengers, 2. i would like to download a form, fill in the details, and pay by visa, and have the tickets delivered to my home address.

You must use it at early morning.it opens at 4 OR 4:30 AM IST.After which it becomes slow with lot of errors.

For some reason it will always show errors when I use IE,so I always use Firefox browser when on this site.
