Can i bring alchol from spain to the U.S(15 yrs)

i want to bring it not in my carrry on but my luggage.

it was givin to me for my father.(i did not buy it or will drink it)

im 15 and i will be going back to america(california)but will also make a pit stop in Canada.

the drink is cerveza

why take spanish beer back to the states? its just as bad in both places! NO you cant cause you are too young and if its beer you want wait till you get home and get your parents to buy it

Nope.  Minors (anyone under 21) can't carry or consume alcohol in the US.

...And it sucks, lol.

Technically I don't think so, but the chances of you getting in trouble for it are slim (unless they search your luggage for something else suspicious and find that it belongs to a 15 year old).  I know of people under 21 who brought alcohol back from Europe packed away in their suitcases no problem- just declare it as "gifts" on your customs form, and make sure you wrap it up in enough clothes so the bottle doesn't break inside your luggage!
