  1. honestly, no.  1:13 is an okay time, but 13 seconds is about the time it should take you to run 100m! it would be extremely difficult to take off all that time in just 2 weeks. you would go from an okay runner to an amazing runner. if you work really hard, you can take probably up to 7 seconds off. but im just trying to be honest.

  2. that would be stunning

  3. bringingit down 13 seconds would be tough...

i would aim more for 1.08 but thats just me..

if you work really really hard you may be able to get it or come close..

good time for your first time tho!

and when you say gravel do you men running on gravel??

if your running on gravel you will probably be ALOT slower..

    well good luck!

  4. Bring your time down 13 seconds is going to be a challenge but it seems your up to it. For a great runner 13 seconds equal about a 100 meters. So go over and over the 100meter and see how fast you can do that, then try to shed a couple seconds off that time. Then do your 200 meters and see how fast you can do that then take some time off of that. Just keep trying to take time off. And if you really want to do well sprint the whole thing at your fastest, don't look back or to the side, keep your mind on the finish.

  5. spint the whole thing as fast as you can

  6. Sorry to break it to yah...But h***s to the nah. I train hard and all, and at the beginning of the season I ran a 60.5 and then i got it down to a 57.9. But since my times are lower it is harder to lower. If you train hard like me(50m-600m runs) and work on ur starts I would say around a 1:05 at best. By the way I am a 14 year old boy

  7. hi there.

    sorry, but thats near impossible.

when i was 13 i was running 57secs on average..

and now 3 years of training im down to 49secs..

it takes time to improve, u cn get to much better in 2 weeks.

  8. It might be possible. That's assuming that you didn't do the best you possibly could've in the first meet, and that you'd be able to get pretty close. Gravel would probably slow you down because your shoes could sink in, and it's not entirely flat.

  9. In the beginning of the season I ran the 400m dash and I got a 1:07 now after 2 and half months of hard training I got down to 60:00.It is one of the hardest events to run.I am also a freshman but 14 and I am running Varsity.2 weeks is pretty much out of range but keep trying definitly!!!
