Can i bring my nintendo DS to my jury duty selection tuesday?

im just curious if i can bring it while i wait for my jury duty interview

Yes.  You definately want to bring something to do.  You sit there in wait in a big room most of the time.

It probobly depends on the state laws, but the last time I went to jury duty (In MA), I saw someone that was using a small handheld TV.  Not that it's the same thing but it is not that different either.

You won't get it past security at the door. No one selected for jury duty is allowed anything on their person other than the usual, car keys and purse or wallet, and clothes on your back and all of those are subject to search and scan. Leave the toy at home and try to concentrate for five minutes on real life for awhile.

yeah I believe you can have personal electronics while you are waiting around in the Jury pool.  

I had my iPod with me the day I had jury duty and no-one said anything to me.

Just wouldn't be playing around with it if you are selected.
